Piece two of the three-part series for Rolling Stone magazine, created in my Illustration Thesis class.
In this piece is Zooey Deschanel from the band She & Him. The sound of the band is very vintage and loungey so I wanted to play with that in the colours and feel for this piece. I chose a polka-dot decorative motif for the piece due to that soothing feeling reminiscent of past music.
